Construction rostering software for crews across your sites.
Book labourers onto the right site with their White Card expiry checked, replace a cancellation before the early start, then turn site timesheets into pay runs and client invoices — in one system.

Built for how construction labour actually runs.
White Card expiry checked before anyone is booked
Each labourer’s White Card number and expiry are recorded. At a site that requires one, a missing or expired card blocks the booking — on the roster, in an offer and through an open shift. It is a check of the dates you record, not a register lookup.
Crews that repeat week to week
Copy last week’s roster forward and set how many labourers each site needs each day, so the gaps show up before Monday.
Early-start cancellations covered
When someone drops out before a 6 am start, offer the shift one at a time or to the whole crew at once. Every offer goes out before the start, checked against the same rules.
No one booked on two sites at once
A labourer already on another site at the same time is flagged before the booking is saved, and is never offered the shift.
Site attendance from the phone
Labourers sign on and off on their phone or by scanning the QR code or NFC tag at the site gate, with their location checked against the site. Switched on per company.
Foremen’s sheets read for you
A photo or PDF of the foreman’s timesheet is read line by line and matched to your labourers and sites. Anything unclear is flagged; a person approves the hours.
AI that does the admin. People make the decisions.
It understands what you say, reads what comes back and answers what you ask. It never decides who works, what anyone is paid or what a client is billed.
- AI understands what you say about the roster
Tell it what happened. It finds the shift.
Type it or say it. The AI works out which shift you mean and shows you what it understood first. The rules check who may cover it — you choose who gets the offer.

From the same records as payroll and invoices — never a separate copy.
Day rates or hourly. Pay and invoices from the same hours.
- Pay rates by labourer, site or role; charge rates by site, client or role.
- A role can be priced as one flat amount per shift — a day rate — with the hours still recorded.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays by state, each at its own rate.
- Pay-run files for Xero and MYOB, and client invoices from the same approved hours — with the signed timesheets attached if you choose.
- The rates are yours to set; SysGuard does not decide award entitlements or overtime for you.
What site labour suppliers ask first.
Can SysGuard stop a labourer with an expired White Card being sent to site?
Yes, at sites you mark as requiring one. Each labourer’s White Card number and expiry are recorded, and if the card is missing or expired the roster, offers and open shifts all refuse that labourer at those sites until it is updated. SysGuard does not check White Cards against a government register.
Can labourers sign on at the site gate?
Yes. A QR code or NFC tag at the gate opens the sign on on their phone, and SysGuard checks their location against the site. A photo and a signature can be required, and the office can record a sign on for someone who can’t, with a reason. Sign-on evidence is switched on per company.
Can I pay a day rate instead of an hourly rate?
Yes. A role can be set to one flat amount per shift, for pay and for charge; the hours are still recorded against the shift.
How do site timesheets turn into pay and invoices?
The foreman’s sheet — photographed, scanned or emailed in — is read line by line by the AI, and anything unclear is flagged for a person. Once the hours are approved, SysGuard applies your pay and charge rates and prepares the pay run and each client’s invoice from the same hours.
Does SysGuard work out construction award rates or overtime?
No. SysGuard applies the rates you set — by site, client, role and day, and per labourer for pay — with weekends and public holidays by state. It does not interpret the award or calculate overtime; those rates stay yours to set.
Does SysGuard manage inductions, safety plans or SWMS?
No. It keeps each labourer’s White Card and blocks a missing or expired card at sites that require one, and incidents can be reported from the phone — but inductions, safety plans and SWMS stay in your safety system.
